Since 1991 the partners have handled various projects, including viability studies, structure- and strategic planning and assessment of planning applications for Local Authorities

To date, the partners have been involved in the planning of approximately 28,000 residential opportunities in the Western-, Southern-, Northern- and Eastern Cape and consequently gained wide experience and expertise in this field.
